This machine can realize the automation of the whole process from weighing, filling to packing, with high speed and precision, which can increase the output for customers and reduce labor;

The product counting and printing date from weighing to bag making and packing are completed through the human- machine interface of the liquid touch screen. Nitrogen filling (exhaust), finished product transportation and other functions;

Workflow

The bag feeding mechanism uses vacuum sucker to take bags from bag storehouse→automatically manage and transport bags→automatically open bags→bag loading manipulator automatically loads bags→bag gripper automatically clamps and opens bags→filling→bumping bag vibration→automatic bag holding→automatic import→automatic sewing. The whole process is accompanied by the detection system, and the whole process is opened by PLC and photoelectric Turn off intelligent control, detect and alarm.Ensure that the whole process is stable, reliable and continuous operation.
