FULLY AUTOMATIC PACKAGING MACHINE

The machine can realize the whole process from weighing, filling, and packaging, with fast speed and high precision, increase the output and reduce the labor; the PLC programming control system, servo power system, and pneumatic execution system form the driving core through the man-machine interface of liquid touch screen. Nitrogen charge (exhaust), finished product transportation, and other functions.

Flow of work
The bag mechanism uses the vacuum suction cup to take the bag from the bag library and transfer the bag to the bag manipulator on the bag to automatically import the bag, the whole process is accompanied by the detection system, and the whole process is controlled by PLC, photoelectric light intelligent control, detection and alarm. Ensure that the whole process is a stable, reliable, and continuous operation.
