Introduction to the operation panel
(1) When the power switch is turned on, the device is powered on. The panel is configured with three displays. When the inkjet power switch on the left is turned on, the inkjet display lights up. The inkjet display is a touchscreen. See the user manual for the inkjet printer.
(2) The sealing parameter display screen will keep showing as long as the power switch is turned on. To adjust the sealing parameters more intuitively,

(4) Turn on the "Vacuum/Gas switch" on the right to activate this mechanism and power on the text display. Parameters related to this function can be set. The backlight will go out about 10 minutes after the text display is not operated. Operation again will light it up.
(5) Inflation (generally nitrogen) requires the customer to bring their own nitrogen source or nitrogen cylinder. The input nitrogen pressure range of this device is 0-0.8Mpa. The vacuum gauge is used to measure and display the actual vacuum degree during the pumping process, with a range of 0 -0.1Mpa.
4. Instructions on how to use
After the power is turned on, adjust the sealing parameters, then turn on the vacuum/gas switch, the text display lights up, the suction nozzle mechanism automatically returns to the bagging position and extends the suction nozzle, waiting for manual bagging.
Manually insert the appropriate bag into the suction nozzle (along with the stainless steel limit plate beside the suction nozzle), and align the bag opening with the bag entry positioning block. Then insert the left side of the bag into the rotating sponge tape (be careful not to touch the sponge tape with your hand). At this point, the bag and the spout enter the sponge tape seal simultaneously driven by the sponge tape, and start vacuuming/inflating after the spout leaves the origin switch position. (Generally, it's best to use a vacuum bag for vacuuming; otherwise, the effect may be compromised).
When the vacuuming/inflation time is reached (or when the end position sensor switch is reached), the suction nozzle automatically retract driven by the longitudinal mechanism, and vacuuming/inflation is completed. The bag goes into subsequent sealing and coding. At the same time, the suction nozzle automatically returns to its original position driven by the transverse mechanism. Extend the suction nozzle again. Get ready for the next bag action. Repeat the entire step continuously. Show high efficiency while achieving multi-functionality.
