Bottle separation mechanism: It uses a single bottle separation cylinder in combination with a photoelectric device for bottle separation and inspection to achieve rapid bottle separation. The extension time of the bottle separation cylinder can be adjusted on the touch screen.
 

Bottle-holding mechanism: Double bottle-holding cylinders are used to achieve the clamping of bottles. Each bottle type is equipped with a suitable fixture. When holding the bottle, it closely adheres to the bottle body, making it more stable and firm.
 

  

Cover feeding and cover blocking mechanism: The cover blocking cylinder is used, and the cover feeding cylinder, in combination with the cover feeding and cover inspection photoelectric device, realizes the conveying of individual covers. After the cap feeding and inspection photoelectric device detects a bottle cap on the cover plate, the cap blocking cylinder extends to block the second bottle cap. The cap feeding cylinder then extends the cover plate to send the bottle cap below the cap tightening claw head, completing the subsequent cap removal action. The use of the cap blocking cylinder can prevent the bottle caps on the cap dropping groove from sliding off when the cap feeding cylinder is feeding the caps.
