Product Profile:
Vacuum feeder, also known as vacuum conveyor, uses vacuum pump to pump air, so that the suction nozzle inlet and the whole system are in a certain vacuum state. Powder particles are sucked into the nozzle along with the outside air to form a material flow, which reaches the hopper through the suction pipe and separates air and material in the hopper. The separated material enters the receiving equipment. Feeding and discharging are accomplished by opening and closing the pneumatic three-way valve continuously, and the opening and closing of the pneumatic three-way valve is controlled by the control center.
